Madison County Schools has made an enhancement to its current safety plan that will require attendees to use clear bags inside the venues of all MHSAA-sanctioned events (including tailgating).

Madison County Schools has again achieved an A-rating for 2025, marking the twelfth consecutive A grade for the district! MCS also celebrates earning the highest score in Mississippi among large school districts on state testing.

Welcome to Germantown High School
Home of the Mavericks! I am humbled to serve our students as principal. As our community grows, our school will continue to achieve at the highest level in academics, athletics, and the arts. I look forward to carrying on the tradition of excellence at Germantown High School.
At Germantown High School and Madison County Schools, our goal is to provide your student with the best comprehensive high school experience while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and winning attitudes both inside and outside of the classroom. The motto of Madison County Schools is “Mark of Excellence,” and we are strongly committed as part of the district to our mission to “Motivate, Educate, and Graduate” students to find success in life beyond high school.
